Ingredients (per serving)

  • 1/4 Cup iceberg lettuce

  • 1 Teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Teaspoon red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

  • 1 individual Italian bread roll

  • 1 Tablespoon mayo

  • 2 Slices pepperoni

  • 2 Slices hard salami

  • 1 Slices turkey breast

  • 2 Slices tomatoes

  • 2 Slices provolone cheese


  1. Shred or finely chop lettuce. In a small bowl, combine lettuce, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Toss in shredded lettuce and mix to coat evenly.

  2. Cut bread roll open lengthwise and spread mayo on both sides of the open bread. Layer on pepperoni, salami, turkey, tomatoes and provolone. Top with lettuce mixture.
