Classic Rosemary Garlic Lamb

This simple, yet flavorful recipe is the ideal dish to serve to friends and family for Easter.


12 lamb chops

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

6 garlic cloves

2 tbsp fresh rosemary

2 tbsp fresh orange or lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper


Combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, orange juice salt and pepper into a small bowl.

Place lamb chops in a bag or bowl and pour marinade over the lamb. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

Meat cast iron skillet to medium heat, and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, reaching an internal temperature of 135 degrees for medium rare.

Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
