About the event

Class Title: Tour if Italy: Fresco!

Restaurants know how to cook a variety of delicous foods, fast. You can too, if you have the right tactics. 

Melody Elkin, Restaurantuer, Executive Chef and Master Baker, will demonstrate tactics to healp you learn to prep liek a restaurant chef. Different than meal-prep, different than preparing start-to-finish meals every night, and no left-overs!! This course with help you to enjoy restaurant-quality meals, help reduce waste and help you save money. 

You will receive a shopping list and prep list via email prior to the event. Please note that the shopping list is designed for ONE SERVING. This means, that the list can be easily scaled up for more than one person, but is also effective and efficient for solo diners! If you anicipate wanting left-overs, or expect to prepare meals for another, pelase consider that before you begin shopping. 

In lieu of payment for this event, you will be asked to complete a survey at the conclusion of the event to provie your feedback for quality control.
